Pasta with parmesan, basil & hemp seeds – Hemp seed oil & Basil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil the pasta in 2 l of salted water according to the preparation time written on the package, so that at the end we have al dente pasta, perfect in texture and taste.
1. Remove the pasta, drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl put 50 ml of hemp oil (plain, with chili, basil or garlic), 1-2 cloves of finely chopped garlic, salt, hot pepper (to taste) and fresh pepper. When the pasta is al dente, drain it and add it to the bowl. Mix the ingredients well, and that’s it, lunch is ready in 10-15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, clean the garlic and crush it with the blade of a knife. Heat the olive oil, add the chopped garlic and peppers and fry at low heat for about 2-3 min (it is very important not to burn the garlic) . Strain the pasta and transfer it to the pan, mix well until it is completely covered by the aromatic oil.
3. Serve with parmesan, hemp seeds and garnish with basil leaves.
