Here are several tips for you to get the most from your Gunpowder Green tea: Allow boiled water to cool to about 82°C then infuse 1 heaped teaspoon per 260ml water for 1-3 minutes according to taste. The leaves can be reinfused up to 3 times.
Try with fresh mint: the flavour is robust enough to balance a mint infusion. Can be chilled and served with ice and lemon as a refreshing summer iced tea.
