Vitamin B & Folic Acid Oats are a great source of vitamin B6 and folic acid. Vitamin B6 helps the body to use and store energy from food.

Cholesterol Reducing The soluble fibre found in oats called Beta-Glucan, aids digestion and also helps to lower cholesterol and promote heart health.

Meet our Founder Tom

Started 15 years ago by Tom in a railway arch in south east London – we’re still based in the Deptford arches where it all began.

💁‍♂️ OUR FOUNDER TOM & THE MOMA STORY: Let us introduce to you Tom, the mind behind MOMA: “We all deserve quality nutritious breakfast. When I worked in the city, I was fed up with the lack of healthy options I could pick up during my commute – I didn’t have the time to waste in the morning. I was also itching to start a my own company. It didn’t take me long to realise what I needed to do, so MOMA was born. We sold our 1st oats from a stall in Waterloo Station and haven’t looked back since”
