Traditionally Earl Grey was a blend of Chinese and Indian teas scented with the oil from the citrus bergamot fruit – a sort of orange. While Earl Grey black tea is the namesake of Charles, the 2nd Earl of Grey, the white variant is a more modern creation. The Earl would have loved this one.

The all natural bergamot oil with excellent Pai Mu Tan White tea gives a lively and spritely Earl Grey.
Ingredients: Pai Mu Tan, cornflower petals, natural flavours. Antioxidant Level: High. Caffeine Content: Low. Country of Origin: Sri Lanka.
Hot tea brewing method: Heat water to 180°F or 80°C. Place 1 teaspoon of green tea per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into the teapot. Pour the water into the pot and let it steep for about 3 minutes. Pour into your cup and enjoy. Alternatively, put the tea in a tea infuser and brew right in your cup. When preparing by the cup, this tea can be used repeatedly – about 3 times. Iced tea brewing method: Make as for hot, but add extra tea – when the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice.
