V-fit LFG2 Layflat Home Gym

This is a great starter gym which has the added benefits of having the traditional bench press body position, rather than other gyms where the user performs the exercise whilst seated upright. Another great feature is that there are no time consuming cable changes to swap round before starting each of the different exercises.

The bench section conveniently folds up vertically when the gym is not in use to save on floor space.

By employing a 2:1 pulley ratio, the cleverly designed weight system provides up to 64kg of resistance for the user, so it will not break any floorboards and the gym can be placed in most rooms around the house, providing there is enough space.

The main exercises that can be performed on this gym are flat bench press, pec dec, lat pull, tricep press, upright row, bicep curl, leg extension and hamstring curl.

Weights are included in the package.
