HG5000 Deluxe Home Gym

The HG5000 Deluxe Home Gym from the Marcy Eclipse range may seem like your average gym at first glance, but it has a few defining features that separate it from the rest of the pack. Some key features include an adjustable chest press, middle ab crunch, and free-motion pec arns

Lat Pull Down

The lat pull down is one of a key exercise for back development and width, the high pulley can take any attachment though. You can also perform tricep pushdowns, single arm crossovers, high ab crunches and more.

Chest Press

The adjustable chest press arm uses a spring loaded release pin system, it lets you select the angle of the press arm to cover shoulder press, incline press, flat press and also a seated row option too.

Swivelling Pec Dec Arms

An independent pec dec has been incorporated within the HG5000, a distinctive way that simulates the motion of a free weight and doesn’t have a fixed path of motion. They feel healthier and more natural than your run of the mill pec dec.

Ab Crunch Attachment

The centre pulley system allows the unique ab crunch feature to be used with the dual handle ab crunch strap supplied, a brilliant weighted ab exercise for upper ab development.

Adjustable Backrest

Adjust the backrest to 4 angles to perfectly align your body when the press arm is angled differently.

Weight Stack

The HG5000 is supplied with a 90kg / 198lbs solid vinyl weight stack. The 13 weight plates weigh approx 6.6kg / 14.5lbs each for small incremental weight increases, you can progressively develop your strength without huge leaps in weight.
